We are excited to invite you for an in-person October community meeting.
Join us as we celebrate a belated Sukkot in the sukkah of a Bend the Arc member. We will discuss how the holiday of Sukkot relates to our work of Tikkun Olam, repairing the world. We will also hear about our ongoing election work in Congressional races on Long Island.
We will provide snacks and ask you to bring a chair and warm layers for being outside.
Bend the Arc continues to approach the COVID-19 pandemic from a place of prioritizing the health, safety and well being of our community members. We are not asking attendees to wear a mask at our upcoming event as we will be outdoors, however we will always invite people to do what they need to do within their comfort level. We are asking that all attendees provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 3 days of the event. Please bring proof of vaccination to the event.
We had such a great time in-person in July and we look forward to gathering again. We will continue to try and balance online organizing with in-person opportunities, knowing they meet different needs across our chapter.
