Join our September Community Meeting on Zoom. At the meeting, we will be learning about #wearelongsisland, formerly the Good Neighbor Initiative. Our chapter joined this new effort last September as part of a 2-year long commitment to strengthen grassroots, intersectional power building with other progressive organizations on Long Island.
Together, we will delve into the history of #wearelongisland, the growth of the movement and how it aligns with the work our chapter is doing.
We'll also ground ourselves in the upcoming High Holidays and share opportunities to join voter registration work.
